aa: where rustblood turns out to look almost exactly like the heiress

ga: The hilarious antics of a rustblood who looks cosmetically similar to a Violet blood, they meet and agree to swap roles for a week (can't remember if troll have a term), the rustblood manages to avoid petty politics and steal the heart of a indigo blood, whereas the violet blood revels in their freedom away from expectations, has their eyes opened by how the other half lives and also falls in love with a rust blood, at the end of said week attempt to swap back, their ruse is discovered and everyone is brutally culled for their transgressions

ga: Followed by a Trollywood dance scene

ga: rated 3.5 hats for cheesy lines and predictable plot, but praise for troll Scarlett johansson's acting

It's not that hard to avoid eating certain things. It is impossible to avoid breathing.) I can eat cooked or pickled fruit and veggies, since those processes unravel parts of the proteins my body reacts to. Drying also helps somewhat, which is why I can eat craisins. (I suspect I am also less sensitive to cranberries than to various other fruits.) But there's a whole category of stuff I either can't eat at all (peaches, apples, cucumbers), can only eat after taking antihistamines and writing off part of my day to the resulting nap (tomatoes in BLTs, avocado in sushi or guacamole), or can only eat in tiny portions carefully sandwiched between bites of other foods (carrots, red grapes) -- otherwise my throat closes up and I can't breathe. I have been allergic for more of my life than not, but I do remember the taste of ripe cherries or fresh-picked raspberries from when I was a kid -- I think, anyway; the impression has probably faded and distorted a little over time -- and occasionally I miss them something awful. *sigh*

3: What’s your favorite line of narration?

Favourite line: You are Roxy Lalonde and you’re getting used to heartbreak.

9: Were there any alternate versions of this fic?

I had a thought the other day that I should write a remix of this fic with all the same set pieces except with the creep factor dialled up to eleven. I think it would be a very different fic if Roxy wasn’t so afraid to make the first move and an even more different fic if she didn’t see any problem with making the first move herself.

14: Is there anything you wanted readers to learn from reading this fic?

It hardly had a big moral thesis to teach, but I suppose the running theme of the fic is that not every good thing is a bad thing in disguise
