(04.29.13) Tonight, my fellows senior friends and I attended an event called, “Grad-itude” to thank senior donors for generously supporting Northeastern in honor of the Class of 2013. The evening included hors d’oeuvres, a champagne toast, and a check presentation from our fellow Senior Gift Committee members.It was a relaxing and fun night with musical performances from our winning-acapella group; speech from President Aoun; fun photobooth; and delicious food! It was a great feeling to know that I was surrounded by people who made their donation to the Senior Gift Drive and believe it or not, our class donated about $24K! I cherished the moment when President Aoun made a toast to our class and we all toasted simultaneously. It was a fun and memorable night. Still cannot believe that I will be graduating in 4 days!
