I’ve been good.  I’ve refrained from bitching about my patrons for sooooo long.  But oh my god, if my good old standby pain-in-the-ass patron AV Club doesn’t graduate soon, I will throw her out of this building myself.

For the love of all things good, AV Club, do NOOOOOT come to me for the 5th time this semester to ask me to print things out for you (something that we don’t do, btw), then look befuddled when I say it’s not working and you have to print it yourself, and THEN be utterly baffled by how to print in Word.  Bullshit.  You know exactly how this works, you just want me to do it for you.

Also, boo hoo, you have to take an exit exam in order to finish grad school.  Let me find the world’s smallest monogrammed kerchief to wipe away all these tears I’m crying because you have to prove you know a thing.
