Having been in an all boy’s school for 10 years, coming to Ngee Ann was nothing short of scary, strangely different yet exciting and hopeful. Year on year, it just got profoundly crazier and crazier. From being a clueless freshmen unknown to the many social stigmas, statuses and stereotypes, I came to school each day facing different hurdles and finding different ways to overcome them. From taking up my very first leadership position as IBZBC’s Camp Commandant to being an Ambassador and to the many others that followed after, I can say that it has indeed been one hell of a ride. Quite frankly, I’ve forgotten most of the stuff that were taught in class but the very thing that stuck with me was the friends that I’ve come to treasure and love. Friends who stood by when others walked away, friends who cheered for me while other jeered, friends who encouraged me when the going got tough, friends who looked out for me while others looked away and friends who believed in me with all their heart and all their soul. You guys know who you are and you guys are the people who have taught me to love unconditionally, love wholehearted and love immensely. You guys make coming to school each day easier than it should be. It has been a great run. One that created memories that will never be forgotten and bonds of friendships that will last a life time. Thank you @ngeeannpoly for the memories, lessons, heartaches, opportunities and freedom over the past 3 years. Coming to NP was a huge leap of faith and its one that I will never regret and will always cherish. To the class of 2016, happy graduation and all the very best for your future endeavors.
