No more attending late at class, no more cramming at exams, no more daldalan with seatmates, just some of the things that im gonna miss in school. I am still in awe to think that i’ve actually had finished school already. I’ve finished 17 years of schooling!! Such an achievement. (Even if i graduated without honors. Hehe). Of course, i offer this achievent to my parents, especially to my mom. I’d never make it til the end without her.
I remember, i used to sleep at class and one time i was caught by a proffesor, i was asked to run in the hallway! But good thing i wasnt able to do that literally. Naawa sakin si Sir haha Well i just gotta use my charm in times like that. Lol. Another thing i remember during college is when Maja Salavador visited our school and she had a meet-and-greet. Well i and some of my friends chose to meet and greet Maja than to take our long quiz. Haha! As we got back to our classroom, everybody was just staring at us haha but then we boasted our photos with Maja nalang like"oh meron ba kayo nyan?? Walaaa😂😂" haha! Another thing that i remember in college was when one time Mam Alivio was calling out names for our attendance. Well, i used to be late in my classes and then theres this one time where she said to Liezel (whose also known for always being late like me) Mam Alivio, “oh magsabunutan kayo ni Castillo sa korona ng pagiging late”, and then the class just laughs. Oh well!:)) There was also that instance where at one of my subject, because i always come late before the attendance, it was already our Finals where my professor noticed that i was not included in her master list all this time. She only noticed it because i, miraculously, arrived not late fpr the first time in her class. And it was the last meeting. Haha! Geez. I also remember the time where I, Kim and Simon thought of volunteering into some of our school's organizations. Then one day, we were invited atThe Warden. We were very excited to help and volunteer. So when we got there in the pub, there were two ladies who showed up and oriented us into somethinf we thought "what the fck are they sayin?"😂 And they gave us some flyers and stuff, then we thought why arent we packaging relief goods? The following days, they kept inviting us for orientations, political seminars at universities. Later we knew, that we're actually have been recruited into an activist organization. We didbt know we're already activists! Hahahaha😂😂 We've even became the org's officers! I being the Chairman, Kim being the Vice, and Simon being the Secretary. And then we used to go in Manila. But we never got the chance to go on rallies/mob in Mendiola cause me, simon and kim didnt like to get involve. And then we usually see those persons we met at the org on national television. At that time, We didnt really know what we're really into. Haha! Napasubo nang wala sa oras. Lol. Theres so much to write about my college memories. Those are just a tip of it. :) Its always beenfun being at school. :)
So what is it like finishing college? Of course! Ive been waiting for this time to come and now im actually over it! Yeah! But the feeling ain’t nothing like you graduated in high school. After you graduate in high school, you still have four years in school, but when you graduate in college, there’s no more going back to school (unless you take a master’s degree but that’s the other way around). It just saddens me cause im actually getting older! Haha! Adulthood, man. Gosh. But at the same time, i feel an excitement. You know, when youre a student you cant do anything illegal. I mean, those illegal stuff when you were a student are now gonna be legal. Horrah! Haha. I can now do anything i want. With the money im gonna earn when i start working, i’ll definitely gonna go to places i once dreamed to be at, i’ll gonna buy things i want. Well these are actually the good things i am thinking about after i graduate in college. No more dramas about the ‘missing’ stuff (likr im gonna miss school, friends, etc) cause i am now into the reeeaaal world. Welcome to me! 😃
