Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter. 2 cups granulated sugar. 4 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder. 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs. 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips. 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C. Grease a 9x13-inch 23x33 cm baking pan. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter in the microwave in 30-second intervals until fully melted. Stir in the granulated sugar until well combined with the melted butter. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, and mix until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together the cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring until just combined. Spread half of the brownie batter evenly in the prepared pan. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the brownie batter layer. Evenly distribute 1 cup of milk chocolate chips on top of the graham cracker crumbs. Spread the remaining brownie batter over the chocolate chips and graham cracker layer. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Remove the brownies from the oven and quickly sprinkle the mini marshmallows and the remaining 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips on top. Return the brownies to the oven for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the marshmallows are slightly toasted and golden. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares and serving.
