Enjoy the decadence of this cheesecake that is extra rich and creamy. This dessert will make you crave cheesecake because it has the right amount of cream cheese, eggs, and graham cracker crust.
Ingredients: 2 cups cream cheese. 1 cup sugar. 3 large eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 cup sour cream. 1/2 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 graham cracker crust.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 160C. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until well combined. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract. Gently fold in the sour cream and heavy cream until the mixture is smooth. Sift in the all-purpose flour and mix until fully incorporated. Finally, fold in the melted butter to make the batter extra rich and creamy. Pour the cheesecake batter into the graham cracker crust, smoothing the top with a spatula. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center still jiggles slightly. Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside for an additional hour to set slowly. Remove the cheesecake from the oven and let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for the best results. Once chilled and firm, slice and serve your extra rich and creamy cheesecake. Enjoy!
