Second entry to my woodcut journey! These are some grain bins (specifically corn bins) that I saw when visiting a smart, kind, and precious friend in the Midwest. Although my friend is usually nice if you call these silos, they will definitely attempt to murder you.
The left one is done on printing paper and the right was done on thin recycled paper. I’m still figuring out the concentration of sumi and nori as well as the proper pressure with my plastic baren. I need to improve on my carving technique too. Glad I’m still enjoying the process and hope to keep improving!
