Uh, no, she didn't throw tiny balls of paper on him for the last, half an hour or so. Nope.

You are a wise, wise man, Ron Swanson. I admire you.
Of course.
And she approaches Chris, just after hiding from behind the wall and listening. So, she just strolls up beside him. “Chris, what is going on with Ron right now—he told me that if he told me something special was going on, would I throw a celebration then refused to open up more about it, so I don't know if I should get balloons or a clown or anything! Chris please!”
He can’t help the bright grin and he’s patting the man’s shoulder, squeezing gently.
"I can’t help being proud of you, Ron."
"You can be proud in your office. By yourself. Doing pull-ups. And leaving me in silence."
[gives you a massive kiss right on the lips]
Damn it. Not again.
Ron's considerably accustomed to kisses from Christopher--or traumatised, depending. Ever since that birthday incident he's never quite let his guard down completely. This is why.
He grumbles a little. "If you're going to kiss me every time a department finishes a project, warn me beforehand."

“Oh, heh-hey, Chris! Diggin' the new do, dude. You do something to your hair? Ha. Do dude, do dude, do dude. That's funny to say fast.”
“What's up with me and Ron? Well, I love the guy... like a father, but in the end he was really just my lacrosse coach.. but sort of in a ... uncle-type way... but still, like a dad. And Chris! Chris is great, he's taught me so much. Ya know, in a way, I sort of feel like I have two fathers. Is that even possible? Can someone have two fathers? I guess I don't really have any fathers..... on account of my father's dead.”
