Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/2 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup maple syrup. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 2 eggs. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 1/2 tsp baking soda. 1/4 tsp salt. 1 cup chopped walnuts.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Mix cocoa powder, salt, almond flour, and baking soda in a large bowl. Add the eggs, vanilla extract, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup to a different bowl, and mix them on high speed. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones and mix them together until everything is well mixed. Mix in the chopped walnuts. Put spoonfuls of the batter on a baking sheet that has parchment paper on it. Put it in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let it cool down before you serve it. Enjoy your chocolate walnut brownie clusters that don't have gluten.
