Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp sea salt.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 325F 160C. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, cinnamon, and sea salt. Mix well until a dough forms. Spread the dough evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely. It will continue to crisp up as it cools. Break the cooled cereal into small clusters. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
