Ingredients: 2 cups almond flour. 1/4 cup coconut flour. 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 1 tsp cinnamon. 1/4 tsp sea salt.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 325F 160C. Almond flour, coconut flour, melted coconut oil, cinnamon, maple syrup, and sea salt should all be combined in a mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly to form a dough. Evenly spread the dough onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. To ensure even cooking, stir occasionally and bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and crisp. Take it out of the oven and allow it to cool fully. As it cools, it will get crisper still. Split the cooled cereal into tiny pieces. For up to a week, keep at room temperature in an airtight container.
