This is a glimpse of the "autobiographical" mobile I made last week in @stuff_smith 's Precious Little workshop, part of of @Grampians Textures 2017. I'm not sure how autobiographical it is, but it was a fun way to use several pieces of found twisted wire - these became either cross arm things, or links to hang them. I also made this, binding together two stones picked up on a walk with fine (found) copper wire and cradling them both within steel wire. I then added a few words taken from an old book - "freedom" and "fear not, lady".
