I haven’t seen it yet so I’m waiting to form an opinion but I’ve been wondering about all the hype - like if they had just used different actors to play different ages, would anyone care about this movie?

like it was a good movie and the acting was fine, but it would not be getting the hype that its getting thats for sure. its literally just a coming of age story and i dont think the acting deserves awards at all so the fact patricia arquette won the golden globes i dont think was right

i mean it probably will still be oscar bait but it wouldnt win a damn thing is what im trying to say
