Here's my favorite mug out of the batch!
Really pleased with how the Mason stain and granular magnetite turned out. Definitely will be trying to replicate this result in the future.

Snake mug, featuring my kitty Arwen.
This one is made with green Mason stain and granular magnetite in the body of the snake. Glazed dipped with Babu White and sponged accents of Val Satin Black.
Another mug where the snake was made out of clay with granular magnetite and Celadon Mason stain added. I tried painting stripes of two different blue glazes. But as you can see one ended up much lighter than the other.
Still an interesting effect nonetheless.
I really like the shape of the mug itself, but the handle and snake placement leaves something to be desired when it's held.
