Cool down with a spicy twist! These Spicy Paloma Popsicles combine the refreshing flavors of grapefruit and lime with a kick of tequila and cayenne pepper.
Ingredients: 1 cup freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice. 1/4 cup tequila. 2 tablespoons agave syrup. 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup sliced jalapenos optional. Zest of 1 lime.
Instructions: Put tequila, agave syrup, cayenne pepper, salt, and grapefruit juice or lime juice in a bowl. Mix everything together well. You can add sliced jalapenos for extra heat if you want to. Put the mix into popsicle molds. Add lime zest to the top of each popsicle mold. Put in the popsicle sticks and freeze until solid, which should take about 6 hours or overnight. Take the popsicles out of the molds and enjoy once they are frozen.
