happy birthday, vivianne miedema! july 15, 1996 "i don’t really have one particular reason for not celebrating, i would just say that i celebrate more if someone else scores. maybe it’s about showing respect to the opposition. maybe it’s because i’m an easy-going, normal person. i just don’t really believe in doing weird stuff after a goal. even running away from your team-mates is something i find disrespectful. i will always celebrate with my team-mates because a goal is something you should enjoy together."

but, also i’m doing a graphic project at the moment, based on the future (i’m going for dystopian), and i’m basing it off the maze runner books. my teacher said i need to think of a film title for my project, and my mind has gone blank, so if you could think of any titles please that would mean a lot🥺

happy birthday, daniëlle van de donk! august 5, 1991 ❝i really hope i inspire people. i really hope i can inspire young people to go and play football but also to stay true to who they are. i don’t really notice it myself that much. i just go with the flow basically. i don’t treat anyone less than anyone else. i just think that is who i am and who i have always been. just because i’ve played more minutes, more tournaments or won more trophies, it doesn’t make me any different to anyone else than a younger kid. it doesn’t make me more of a person than anyone else.❞
