This is a piece I recently did for a project in my Editorial Design Illustration class. The project was to create a magazine cover for either a real or a made-up magazine. This magazine cover goes hand in hand with the magazine spread project for the same magazine. This project required the use of Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

This photo was taken on a photography trip to the Independence National Historic Park in late September. My professor, who has done work with the National Parks Service before, selected 5 of us from class to work with the National Parks Service to take photos from a new perspective to possibly liven up the website.
This picture in particular is one of my favorites from that trip, and it is even featured on the school's website. This photo is one of my favorites, because the way the light was shining down on this boy made it seem like he was a representation of the "bright future" for the country. The photo was taken inside Congress Hall.
This is the first part of my final project for my intermediate photography class. The project goal is to produce 10 images that take their inspiration from a set of a famous photographer's images. For the project, I chose Annie Leibovitz and her Disney Dream Portraits. For this set of images, I chose 10 female characters whom I feel serve as good role models for girls. In this image of Disney's Frozen's Elsa, I took the picture of the character in the studio, and edited her into matching the background. Then, I used the healing brush tool & the transformed the image to create an "ice palace." I then adjusted the colors of the background to create a cooler look, & then edited the text to create an icy title.
This was a piece I did in one of my digital art classes recently. We had to select a non-profit organization, & create a hyperrealistic image that could serve as an advertisement for said organization. As shown here, I chose to create a hyperrealistic image based on the World Wildlife Fund's Polar Bear campaign. All the images that were not mine were creative commons images, & this image is not being used for profit.
This is a piece I recently did in the studio for a project in my Intermediate Photography class. The project was to replicate either an advertisement or a promotional image for a show or movie, as well as being a study in the use of studio lighting. The first image is the promotional image I chose to replicate, and the second image is my final product.
