A note from my Auntie: I was in T'ai Chi class today and wore me #GRATEFUL shirt. I got several compliments but the best part was when the #teacher stopped the class and asked everyone to say something they were grateful for. Beautiful. I am grateful for you, Michele. ❤️💗❤️This woman was doing #yoga before #yoga was cool, eating organic vegetarian food before it was the "in thing" to do! This morning has been filled with tons of "what ifs." What if this idea you have doesn't work? What if your landlord decides not to renew the lease? What if you get sick? What if...... That list goes on. To get out of my head, I jumped on the tread mill and repeated the mantras, "The Universe has my back" and "God always takes care of me."
