Mainstay Independent Brewing Gratuitous Haze IPA (Picked up at MOM’s Organic Market in Philadelphia). A 3 of 4. A simple, good hazy IPA with primarily orange citrus, some lighter tropical fruit notes, and quite a bit of fruity sweetness in the body. Poured slightly warm, so the large head is my fault, and this has everything you’d wanted and expect out of a hazy, and closes with a light, dry finish.
