I haven't spent very much time in public spaces this year aside from grocery stores so I was totally caught off guard by having to choose which bathroom to use at the museum. the person I was with was like "why'd you go into the women's bathroom, thereby tricking a man into thinking it was the men's bathroom?" and I was like uhhhh. cos in my head I just pass for a ghoul and not any human gender. and now I'm really anxious about what I'm going to do during my long train trip because I've never used a men's bathroom when there's anyone else in there. and I'm upset that people look at me and think I'm a man even though previously I liked that because it was novel. do I have to pretend to be a man forever now??

social media is so vital. for when you need to say how wretched you feel but canNOT be saying it to anyone in particular, who might for instance ask why you feel so wretched. wow! it's bad!

going to bed at 8pm is so awesome. you can wake up at 5am and nothing bad happens to you. and have time to make breakfast!

oh yeah I kept getting distracted and forgetting to post it but I've finally achieved my dream of many years: when confronted with a dropdown menu for honorifics I can choose "dr" instead of a gendered address 👍

all these years I've held off trying to make root beer because I was too lazy to go look for sassafras trees but seriously boiled sarsaparilla root and molasses will get you 90% of the way there. I've been a fool.

okay have you ever had a thing called pasta salad. idk if they have it outside of the usa. it's like pasta but cold kind of dry and covered in mayonnaise. this is kind of like that but with cottage cheese instead of mayonnaise. anyway I do like it yeah.
