Graustark is an fictional Central/Eastern European principality that is the setting for several novels by George Barr McCutcheon. While the country has its own language (Graustarkian), American English is the everyday language of the educated classes and royal court, hence why I based the design off the American flag. The canton of hearts and lions is a reference to the novel Three Hearts and Three Lions , where the protagonist creates an alias referencing Graustark. The Lions are modified version of vector found here .

Absolutely beautiful visually and audio logically instrumental work by @seaheromusic who is part of @totalvoid_sounds now ( I think) #seahero #graustark #vinyl #vinyladdict #vinyljunkie #vinyligclub #vinylrecords #coloredvinyl #alternative #postrock #music #louisville #kentucky 💙🖤
I started Graustark by George Barr McCutcheon on the recommendation of a friend who knows I enjoy Ruritainian fiction. So far, we've had the gentleman fall in love with the girl on the train. He's being adorably oblivious to how much she likes him too, even as he manufactures excuses to see her... (She's obviously a princess! I foretell angst.:D )
