so every ygo i've watched has been after it finished airing so i can watch it all at once and not week by week. funniest effect this has is vrains and revolver. i can see how he'd come across as more menacing/more uncertain a presence in s2+ with more time to Wonder how much he's going to make good on this threats. watching it at once makes him a way funnier character because it means you get to see a lot faster that. he's just not. he's just not. the bluster is mostly because he's a fckin tsundere and can't admit that maybe he's not a terrible person. he just comes by cafe nagi just to reinforce that we are still your enemy. source is dude trust me. guy ever.
