Secret of Gravity Falls I would like to learn

Okay, we are a month after “Gravity Falls” finale, there were after many speculations, trolling, so after things calmed down (a little) and before we get “Journal 3″ published I wanna make list of Top Secret.

Personally I do not care much about what’s going on with number of character’s finger (as part of this world), Dipper’s real name - he always would be for viewers just Dipper anyhow  or how Giddeon get “Journal 2″ (he had a luck).

So Top Secret whose shall be solved:

3. Who is Shermy for Stan’s twins?

We know he is Mabel & Dipper’s grandfather, he was around when twins were born (looking at Game Gnomblet information), and looking at  Stanford’s quetes from Tale about Two Stans he seems to knew him. But there were no psychical proof he’s still alive or ever his existence.

I am used to fact that in many Cartoons, the parents characters are out of action. But  Shermy’s case brings more holes to plot than absence of Mr&Mrs Pines. If he was with Stan around when twins were born they are propably quiet close to each other. But how long they knew each other? Is Shermie much older brother of Stan Twins so he wasn’t show during Tale of Two Stan? Some people specalate, that he is Stan’s twins much younger brother. So was child whose Ma Pines hold during that episode.

If Shermie was older brother of Stan Twins - isn’t he shall knew about Stanford having 6 fingers, when Stanley has 5? Is he on “Silnce Pact” with Stanley? Does he knew about Portal?

As well may be some cousin from paternal side of Stan Twins - in this case they still could be close to each other, Or is he grandfather for motherly side, but he used to knew Stan twins? But without Shermie apperance we can’t be sure anything.

2. What happend with Carla McCorkley?

Not only because I am fan of Grunkle4Grandpa Theory. (Hello @wittyarsonist )

But character who had 2 cameos, we know her fullname and she apperance in at least 3 codes (1. Carla why you not call me? 2. Carla, I had always loved you but never had guts to said it 3. Carla McCorkley send him back all flowers.) and had no other meaning than flashbacks apperance is kinda... weird. Ever weirder when it happend in Gravity Falls. Oh, and there were Twitter’s about Carla thing, especialy the one after finale from Carl Farulo’s “Did you solve Carla thing?”

Are we trolled by GF creators whose trick us with false tropes? Or Carla story is idea which needed to be cut off so Alex Hirsch could finish story during 40 episodes?

For me it’s hard to belive that  Carla was just flasback character. There were proofs that Stanley’s used to be married or in long realtionship (why during Scary-oke there is engage ring in his personal stuffs?!),  Carla has quiet strong resemblance with Mabel (hairs, Mabel is only character who also wear triangle earring and flower stuffs in her hairs).

Besides looking at code and Gnomblet Game, Stanley seems to still miss her. And ever after break up in such way -dump him for hippies-  oposite to Marylin he do not curse her or get angry about memries with her. During flashbakc Stan seemedt o be very comfortable with Carla (their synchronization during  dance). And it would be sad that Stan’s life was always only concerned only around Ford.

So what’s going on with Carla “Hotpants” McCorkle? Is she element of trolling or she has some sad and important meaning for story?

1. Who is Babe in Blue Blanket from ”The Tale about Two Stans”?!

It apperanced one and made big fuss. There were never said who he (looking at blue blanket it’s propably baby boy) was. But Ma Pines had beeen holding that child.

If it’s much younger brother - Shermie of Stans why Ma Pines weren’t showed pregnant before? And if it that baby was Shermie and Mabel&Dipper’s grandfather that would make him around 40-45 years old grandfather with 12 -13 years old grandkids. Miscalculation or Alex Hirsch wanted to show that cenorship do not looks on numbers?

If it’s baby of Stans older brother or sister why there weren’t any apperance of oldrer sibling existence? Both Stans had family photos which contains only them and their parents.

Maybe babe were in fact teenage Stanley’s son (and propably Carla’s too)? It may mean that Filbrick Pines had learned during one night that not only Stan had broke Ford’s project, but also became teenager dad? But Alex Hirsh had Twitted thant Stanley never had children. But also this man once had send to internet picture sugesting that McGucet is Author of Journals.

Until we get oficail information, The Babe in Blue Blanket would stay mystery that brings only question for Pines Family Tree.

Has anyone ever thought that all the character surrounding Bill are what is keeping the bubble around gravity falls active! If you think about it would make sense Bill is trapped in the circle wheel just like the bubble! Perhaps the only way of escaping the bubble is destroying all these characters!

Typo, or hidden message?...

In my most recent gifset, I misspelled “Tyrone” as “Tryone”. Normally I would just correct it, but I may have accidentally discovered one of Gravity Falls’s many secret messages. (Or I could just be reading too deep into it.)

The obvious pair of words produced by this error is “try one”, which, as highlighted by the very GIF’s contained in the post, may be a direct reference to Tyrone’s fate. Perhaps Alex Hirsch chose this name expecting someone to make that very mistake.
