hi lovelys!

i wanted to make a quick post and let you all know i am trying to get to all of my asks right now but i am in school so writing on weekdays is tough and i wasn't able to get any done this last weekend like i planned to! i'm going to write one ask a night on weekdays until i get through them and can do them again in bulk on weekends so yall actually have content! im so sorry if i take a bit to get to your ask it is not favoritism its just what i find the most motivation in but rest assured all your asks will be responded to hopefully by the end of this week and if your ask never gets responded to you can dm me about why i chose not to write it, i'll probably be updating my rules soon so make sure to look at that to see if your ask goes against what i'll write<3 if it does i hold nothing against you and i thank you for sending asks through and showing me sm love and support i am genuinely so thankful for it and you all mean the world to me!

To say the reaction to The Ghost of Greasy’s has been humbling is an understatement. I’m absolutely blown away by how many people have left such positive commentary about it.

I’m a huge fan of the show (obviously) and have plenty of experience writing my own stuff - got a self published novel and a second on the way, incidentally, go look at that - but the sheer positivity and enthusiasm from the Gravity Falls fandom, so many years since the show went off air, is absolutely insane. I’ve never done this fan fiction business in my life and it’s really weird to feel like I can do it well.

To be told it ‘feels like an episode’ is an enormous compliment that I find humbling and intimidating.

I’m even beginning to start work on a second, against all of my better judgement.

What is this insanity?!
