Day 7 - Fear
When even godly machines are slaves to mortal distress
Direwolf... fancasts? Idk here's photos of wolves I think fit them
Gray Wind
He's described as smoke gray and lean, though this wolf is a bit too brawny to be called that. His eyes are golden.
We never really get any side-by-side direwolves to show their height (except the mention of Ghost growing the largest), but if a full grown direwolf is larger than a pony, then Gray Wind would be about 15hh or 5' even at the shoulder.
Ghost
I couldn't find a good photo of an albino wolf, so just pretend his nose and lips are pink and his eyes are red.
He's the largest direwolf, so let's put him at 16hh or 5'4" at the shoulder.
Lady
Lady is gray with golden eyes. I took a bit of liberty but I really like her being a very pale, not white like Ghost, but very light gray. She's the mildest and is almost dog-like in temperament, so not having easily spotted wolf-like markings seems fitting.
She's the smallest of the litter. We don't know if that would have changed when she was fully grown, but I like her as the shortest, so she's 14hh or 4'8" at the shoulder (still fucking massive, just not compared to her siblings)
Nymeria
I took some liberty with Nymeria too, because she's described as gray with dark golden eyes. I wanted her to stand out a bit more and I think the tawny color is similar enough to sand that it might have made Arya think about Dorne so she named her Nymeria.
I think Nymeria is a little larger than Lady, so she's about 14.2hh or 4'10" at the shoulder.
Summer
To be honest, I think this is my favorite wolf photo out of all of them. Summer is described as silver and smoke-gray with golden eyes. This one isn't really smoke-gray but he's could definitely be called silver.
I think Summer should be the shortest of the boys' wolves, so he's 14.3hh or 4'11" at the shoulder.
Shaggydog
Shaggydog is all black, which I think is a bit funny because melanistic wolves can be traced back to interbreeding with dogs and Shaggydog is definitely the most wild of the direwolves. Also Shaggydog is supposed to have green eyes, which... wolves just don't have? But I assume its for thematic purposes or is foreshadowing Rickon having very strong greensight. Unfortunately I don't have photoshop so you just have to image it the old fashioned way.
Shaggydog should be massive because its such a fun juxtaposition with tiny little Rickon, so he's the second largest at 15.2hh or 5'2" at the shoulder.

super fun best 30 minutes spent of my life
this isn't really a confession but my opinions on the iterators hypothetical cooking skills:
Looks to the Moon: an okay cook!! dont think she's like, spectacular at it but her food has a very unique flavor to it that if you eat enough ofit you can immediately recognize it as hers.
Five Pebbles: my immediate assumption is that he's ass at it and eats like a poor college student, but i think in actuality he'd be decent in a super technical way if that makes sense. The food he makes has no personality put into it and he doesn't really deviate from the recipe, but it is objectively good.
Seven Red Suns: They do try. They REALLY try. But I think they have a tendency to overcomplicate things and ends up burning something or forgetting a key component. So it always tastes a bit strange or off.
No Significant Harassment: He makes REALLY good food and will NOT stop bragging about it. He'll happily lend you his recipes, though you kinda have to "trust the process" because some of it is kinda out there.
Gray Wind: They don't do much cooking, but they LOVE baking!!! Makes the tastiest of pastries and happily shares them with offers. Might be kind of a coping mechanism, but could also just be a fun hobby.
Unparalleled Innocence: Also less cooking and more so baking, but she cares less about the flavor and more about the appearance. This doesn't mean the food doesn't taste good, it just also might be almost sickeningly sweet sometimes because of all the decorations she uses.
