Magic mike au Rivusa skloom and greysha!!
This is embarrassing because I have not seen any of the Magic Mike movies and while I think I have the idea, I guess you never know. Also, how the heck do I write this without making it smut? LOL! Or is that the goal, Nonnie? 😏😏😏
Aisha takes the drink the half-naked waiter hands her and hurriedly takes a sip of the overly-sweet alcohol. The quicker she can get a buzz going, the less time she'll have to feel uncomfortable. Musa and Bloom have dragged her to a strip club, of all places, because according to her friends, she "needs a distraction". Which, alright, maybe that's fair to some extent. But here, really? She glances around the huge, dark room, loud music pounding up through the floor and tiny tables filled with squealing women. Most of them have drinks with umbrellas in them, and like Bloom across from her, some have stacks of dollar bills waving in their hands. Aisha is definitely not yet drunk enough for that.
Musa however, already seems drunk enough to cause trouble, cat-calling and whistling so loud Aisha is tempted to cover her ears. The lights go out except for the glittery spin of a disco ball reflecting on the floor of the stage, and then the unmistakable lyrics of "Pour Some Sugar On Me" surge through the speakers as hundreds of women start to scream. Aisha can only shake her head. How the hell has she ended up here? As if in answer to her question, Bloom jumps to her feet and yanks Aisha up with her as they watch five men strut on stage to the beat, decked out in some of the skimpiest underwear Aisha has ever seen.
"Oh my god, that blonde guy would look perfect in my bed," Bloom sighs, and Aisha doesn't think she even realizes she said that out loud.
The blonde is definitely hot, no question, but Aisha feels like it's almost wrong to look even though the men on stage definitely don't seem like they mind. They're all good-looking - ridiculously so, with their toned bodies and come-hither smiles - but one in particular catches her eye. He's got dark hair and dark eyes, and his smile seems less predatory and more...appealing, if Aisha had to describe it. And yeah, maybe she gives in a little, lets herself get carried away with the performance as Bloom tucks dollar bills into the hot blonde's g-string like she's as rich as Croesus. His hips twitch closer and closer to her and Aisha faintly hopes the elastic on his costume holds or Bloom is going to get quite a show.
So alright, maybe it's not really a big deal when Aisha plucks a small stack of the money out of Bloom's pocket and flips through it with her thumb - it's just entertainment, and that's what she's here for. What they're all here for. And the dancers are talented, no question about that.
Certainly Musa looks entertained, considering the way she's allowing herself to be pulled up onstage like she weighs nothing by a brown-haired man with a devilish smile and wandering hands. The two of them only seem to have eyes for each other, but maybe her friends were right - Aisha can't actually think of a place that could be more distracting than this.
And just as she's actually getting enough nerve to wave her own money around, the appealing dark-eyed man moves in her direction and smiles encouragingly as he dances closer.
Yes. She definitely needs to thank her friends later.
