to what ways were there to learn of a cities history? one might take a class on its history or refer to historians and their textbooks. but what was one to do when such history was shrouded in mystery? when the only real history to find was hat of different worlds and undeciphered scripts? he held no belief that such a task could be completed with only himself, much would he rather that be the case. he would need to find assistance were he to have any hope of progress.

lord el melloi was a name all too familiar to him, having participated in the very war the lord lost his life in, but the successor to the name was unknown to him. if it were true such a name was in this city then perhaps he may be able to learn more than he hoped, though he would have to find the place first. a light bow as he addresses the hooded other, hopeful that they might be able to point him in the right direction.
