So, a friend of mine has finally got me to watch Gravity Falls. I've really been enjoying it. I talked her into giving the new Ducktales a try and we have been fangirling over the course of this season so much. I also just celebrated 13 months on HRT. And, for a movie recommendation, check out "Your Name"

48. Favourite Princess and why?

oh no.

I have so many different favorites for different reasons. But if I had to choose it would be Ariel. I loved the movie so much as a kid. I loved the music and the colors, but also the relationship between Ariel and Triton. I won’t get into it, but he reminded me of my dad. Showing how they really did love each other, and seeing him overcome his anger to understand his daughter gave me hope. (My shit’s mostly all good now too.)

It’s also Danish and so am I.

Then of course there was finding out later that the whole story was a gay allegory and a lot of things clicked haha.
