Here's what helped when I was first learning how to make myself burp. For force I would drink as much soda as I could stomach then soon as I pulled the sparkling water away just burp as hard as I could. Usually, you get a few but it's the first one after chugging that's always the strongest. Swallowing air helps to get more rapid burps out back to back. And swallowing enough air that your stomach feels tight helps you get long ones out. Get the hang of those and you can get some good ones!
