My hero The Dalai Lama. I tell people if you want to know the results of these practices, he is a great living example. A world renowned holder of peace and compassion. Noteworthy to remember that he has lived in the face of some of the greatest challenges, losing his country, and the brutal genocide of his people, that has continued until today, everyday for over 60 years. And still, not denying this fact of great suffering, but living, giving, full of all great qualities of unconditional love, kindness, presence, eminating great wisdom.
