A Heart To Let Go Proverbs 4:23 says to guard you heart above all else because out of the heart flow all the issues of life.The heart is not meant to take any prisoners. Somebody once said that to hate somebody is like drinking some poison but hoping they die, not you. You simply cannot afford to keep holding on to people who have hurt you or offended you.There is no greater love than a heart to let go. 2. A Soul To Be Slow Your pace will affect your race.. Heb 4 talks about entering the rest that God has promised. But all promises are accessed by faith, so faith is required to enter God's rest.We live in a world that seems to be getting faster all the time. We are always connected and always on. The gaps and margins are disappearing.If we cannot learn to rest "in" God, we will struggle to experience the rest "of" God! 3. A Mind To Change Rom 12:1-2 is a great key to living a transformed life. It's all about renewing the mind.You don't have to keep thinking the same things you have been thinking. You have permission to change. Think about all the things you no longer do or worry about. The things that have already changed.You don't have to stay the way you are. You can change! 4. A Strength To Endure Those who endure to the end shall be saved.. Heb 12:1-3 talks about running to the end with perseverance.Since we are surrounded with a multitude of witnesses who have gone before us, let us throw off the weights that so easily hold us back and the sin that trips us up.
