The Annunciation to the Blessed Virgin Marry is one of the most important Great Feasts in Christianity. In the featured 15th-century Russian icon, you can witness the very scene of the angel Gabriel announcing to the Holy Mother that she would give birth to a son by the Power of the Holy Spirit–and He would be called Jesus. This is huge! And it all tasted very delicious, the chicken was moist and juicy, the ribs weren’t drenched in barbecue sauce. The potatoes were a smidgen undercooked but it wasn’t that noticeable. The other two guardians said the corn on the cob was great! The only issue was the peppers that were in the veggie mix, they made everything taste like red pepper after a while. The guardians ordered the Great Feast, since there’s a lot of variety in that, and the first course is this very nice looking salad. It’s already got the dressing on it, a tangy vinaigrette that coats well but doesn’t overpower the lettuce. As for the lettuce, it was very crisp and didn’t leave a strong aftertaste.
