Ingredients: 1 cup hummus. 1 cup Greek yogurt. 1 medium cucumber, diced. 1 medium tomato, diced. 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped. 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, chopped. 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese. 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice. 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Greek yogurt, lemon juice, and dried oregano should all be mixed together in a small bowl. Add pepper and salt to taste. Spread the hummus out on the bottom of a dish that will be used for serving. The Greek yogurt mix should be put on top of the hummus. On top of the Greek yogurt, sprinkle the chopped cucumber, tomato, red onion, and Kalamata olives. Pour extra virgin olive oil over the top and top with crumbled feta cheese.
