Life Drawing Session 15 - 08.02.18
Another session with the male model, in a sitting position on a donkey. This posed the challenge of maintaining the leg length with the back leg.
Using three shades of biro (black, red and green) I drew the outline in pencil and then designated a colour to each part. Darker lines were used to highlight shadows and light marks added to show body details.
I’m glad I chose to do the three colours as it helps to define each aspect of the study and works well together. The only problem is the shoulder blades and hands are a tiny bit out of proportion but overall it looks good!
