We have officially opened our new and amazing "Scenical World". Congratulations to everyone for their hard work and dedication to making this happen. The last few days prior to opening and the first two days of opening really brought all sections of Scenical Development together as one big family - one team. Many more areas of Scenical World are being opened and added to increase the activities - dining - shopping and attractions - over the next few weeks. Feedback from all guests visiting so far has been positive and the smiles on everyone's faces when walking through SW were brilliant to see (not too mention the screams of excitement from the rides and attractions!) Great job to all for stepping up for opening as many have never been part of an opening or opening team and it is not easy work. Insane hours (4:30 am prep for unloading trucks and equipment - to late night truck arrivals), changes, schedules but well worth it at the end on many levels. Special shout out to my Hotel Operations team for maintaining all operations and both resorts (Botanica Khao Yai - Greenery Resort) and convention center (Khao Yai Convention Center) while being the support team as well! As GM of both resorts and convention center - the teamwork and team spirit as well as the results of the hard work by all - was truly moving and one of the happiest moments in my career.
