Pinks and greens with a touch of baby blue😉 ~ Strolling is my way of releasing the stress and just re-aligning my thoughts and energy. I've done it for years now (almost 15 you guys!) and it still works magic for me. When one of "those" days happen - and I will share mine from yesterday a bit later - I pack everyone up and just LEAVE. It helps to walk and think. There is science to it too, but I don't even need to know "why" to understand what it just ...works. I haven't been feeling as good as I would like to lately. Makes me appreciate every happy day 100 times more. And the body, too. The body is amazing. But it does need care. Work. Work is a wonderful release for me too. Contradictory as it sounds, but I need more work to get through times of challenge. It's the process of creating. The energy. The flow. It keeps me sane and floating forward. And Elisey. Elisey is everything and more, guys. We all swoon over him, but I just can't get enough. It's more then love I can describe. There is a connection, the energy that he emits when he looks at me with his wide open blue eyes that I can't put in words. All I know, he needed to be here and needed to be here NOW. Эту "формулу" я начала поменять много лет назад ( скоро 15, сложно поверить!), и она так же эффективна для меня сегодня. Когда мне сложно и стресс зашкаливает, или случается один из "тех" дней (напишу мой вчерашний чуть позже) , я просто беру малыша, складываю все необходимое в коляску и иду гулять. На долго и подальше от шума и суеты. Это помогает. Очень. Помогает переосмыслить происходящее, посмотреть на ситуацию с другой стороны и найти решение или новый путь. Мне даже не нужны 👇🏻
