EASY RECIPE: GREEN TOM YUM VEGETABLES ๐๐๐ถ๏ธ Super happy to receive my @pinxinvegan goodies. Thanks Pinxin! Hereโs something I quickly whipped up for lunch. INGREDIENTS: 50g green tom yum paste 100ml filtered water 60ml @snappeafood plant-based milk Sprouted chickpeas Brinjal, cubed Microgreens from @thefarmasia 1. Add tom yum paste, water and milk into pot and bring to boil. 2. Remove from heat and add in chickpeas and brinjal. Stir to allow residual heat to cook the veggies. 3. Top with microgreens. 4.
