Green Tuesday
Eat a veggie with every meal, kids!
It's Green Tuesday so that means a veggie with every meal! Lunch veggie: raw green beans. (:
Today was Yoga and Green Tuesday, both of which were a success. I woke up at 4:40am to make my aunt breakfast before work, and for the first time, I didn't go back to bed. I took a B12 vitamin and did Day 2 of Yoga Camp with Adriene. Attached is my lunch pack (well, half of it cause I took the picture mid meal). Which was delicious! Carrots go first because they are my least favorite. I also blew up my exercise ball today. That took twenty minutes and I was literally sweating. But now I have a new desk "chair" to help with posture! I discovered the new Snapchat filter. Lastly, in an attempt to make my step goal I went on a quick walk to take a picture of the llamas. Sadly, the sun went down before I got there. The llamas ran up to me because they wanted pets but they looked angry and I got scared.
Potato guacamole things for dinner.
Today is #GreenTuesday which means a vegetable must be incorporated into every meal. So this morning I woke up at 4:30 to make my aunt and I some eggs with spinach (mine also has jalapeños).
Today was #GreenTuesday which means veggies! Breakfast was cucumbers, lunch was edamame, and dinner was peas. I also caught up with my to-do list (minus arms but I'm about to do that). I am just killing it lately.
It's 6pm and I just finished my walk. Today was #GreenTuesday which means veggies with every meal. Breakfast was jalapeños. Lunch was edamame. Dinner is mashed cauliflower. I wasn't sure if I wanted to count the jalapeños, since it was just something I added inside my meal. But then I realized that was the whole point of the challenge, was to add veggies where I wouldn't normally. So, yeah.
