War of the Worlds comes to LA but is stuck in a penthouse due to the budget being used on the CG.  Pretty decent if a bit limited in scope by the budget.

ALIENS VS. PREDATOR: REQUIEM

The half-alien half-predator from the end of last movie makes quick work of the ship full of predators and crashes in Gunnison, Colorado, where it's time to snack on a bunch of generic whomevers. It seems like an Alien vs Predator movie should be a grand slam, but the script is terrible. Like, there aren't a thousand aspiring screenwriters in Hollywood who could've done a halfway decent job for half the money? At least the movie goes for it and chest bursts a little kid.

GRADE: F

STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE NINE - "Facets"

Jadzia has to go through a Trill ritual where she puts her past hosts minds in her best friends and chats them up. It's one a those "main characters get possessed" episodes that lets the actors act all different from their usual selves. Also Nog is taking the Space SATs for Starfleet Academy,  which Uncle Quark thinks is a tragedy.

GRADE: C

Victory to Trek, so Trek is up 226-223!

Alien is tied with Trek 3-3!
