There’s a kind of calm that only comes at the end of a long day. In Panglao, Bohol, I find it at Mr. and Mrs. Thai Panglao — a small Thai restaurant near Alona Beach that feels like it was built for unhurried meals and slow thoughts.
A bowl of Massaman Curry, a plate of Mango Sticky Rice Panglao, and the sound of live music dining in Bohol drifting through warm air. No rush. No noise. Just spice, stillness, and the hum of the island settling into night.
