they move right next door to either kakashi or gai. probably gai because then mama consistently ropes him into babysitting sakura who LOOOVES her gai-nii as she dubs him and she learns All About How To Be A Good Rival

so when she decides she and ino are rivals she bases that 100% off of how kakagai functions. cue shenanigans.
