I knew a guy who uses LLMs constantly, and he regularly asks them why his tummy hurts. No additional info provided. No meaningful answers found.

The same person asked an LLM for "egg recipes". The recipes were: omelette, fried egg, scrambled egg, boiled egg. Dazzling stuff. It recommended pairing the eggs with fruit for a healthy breakfast. He replied, "no fruit all fruit taste bitter to me".

I think of him every time I hear about a new data center proposal somewhere. They're building data centers in the hope that people who refuse to think will someday pay money to continue not thinking.

Nobody should be surprised that this country rejects things that would make life better when the predominant religion here is built on a sequence of ideas including such hits as; you are a disgusting, worthless, powerless worm who deserves to wither and die on a hot sidewalk over and over again for all of eternity for the crime being alive and trying to enjoy your one chance at life on Earth; knowing that we're all worthless and disgusting makes you better and more special than the other worms; special worms should have dominion over less special worms; it's okay that worms who think they're more special than you are keeping all the wet dirt for themselves because you'll get way more nice wet dirt than them in worm heaven.
