Wheeljack paused what he was doing and blinked as the unexpected comm came over the line. He wasn’t sure he recognized the voice but it had to be someone he knew. How else would they get his frequency?   

« Ain’t much goin’ on right now. Just got back from a trip out to the wastes. Gotta name I can call ya? Yer voice ain’t ringin’ any bells. »

Wheeljack turned at the call, optics landing on the form of their littlest Wrecker. He hadn’t realized the humans had arrived on base for that day, but then, he’d been making himself scarce in a effort to dodge lectures on team work and sharing responsibilities from the resident tryhards. He gave her a grin and abandoned his current task to focus down on her. “Yo, yerself, little lady,” he greeted, crouching down to offer his fist for the world's most mismatched bro-fist ever. “Was about to hit the road. Not much happenin’ ‘round ‘ere right now.”

I had to sit and laugh at this result. He lies to himself constantly, but I suppose when it comes to others he does have a tendency to be brutally honest. If it’s something he doesn’t want to say, he’s much more prone to just keep his silence and leave. Or deflect. Or get angry and then leave. XD

14:[Canon] Was there anything that made this muse difficult to work with ,i.e canon death/canon location?

Well, tying back to the last ask I just answered, before this muse I only had any real experience rping a G1 Wheeljack. Switching over to the TFP character was a little nerve-wracking, and there wasn’t a lot known about his background at the time since the Covenant of Primus hadn’t been released. So not only did I have to adjust for a much rougher character, I had to sit down and figure out where the heck he came from so I could puzzle out what his motivations were and why he was the way he was. 

In the beginning I was always catching myself either accidentally falling back into my G1 muse’s habits or exaggerating some of Jackie’s more angsty, angry emotions because I was afraid I was rping him too soft. I actually still worry about that sometimes, but I’ve found a good middle ground and my Jackie has come a long way, too. He’s a little wiser and a little more mature now, even if sometimes he doesn’t act like it. XD

Fun fact: when I originally joined tumblr, I rped as a G1 Wheeljack. Rped him for a year, year and a half? Not too sure on the time, because I’ve been here for what seems like forever. XD

Anyway, I had no intention of rping a TFP Wheeljack at all until I got approached to possibly join a TFP group. I was kind of taken aback, but I’m super happy I agreed! I’ve met a lot of awesome people on this blog, and my writing has grown and expanded too.

I love my angsty, cracky muse to death and can’t actually imagine where I might be if I hadn’t started rping him. :3

Something big. Something blue- Oh, no, wait. That’s way too easy~

It’s something small and rare, though it wasn’t always as rare, nor as small. They only come from one place and some doubt they even exist. You can’t buy them with money, but with a little patience and a little care, you may be given one when you least expect it. 

✜ what’s their posture like in a normal situation?

Usually relaxed. His plating would be loose, and his field nice and smooth. Perhaps a bit slouched, especially if he happens to be sitting and doesn’t have his pedes thrown up on something. In that case, he would kicked back with his arms crossed behind his helm. 

When he’s standing, he likes to move. Even if it’s just shifting his weight, some part of him is always in motion when he isn’t in lounge mode. His winglets would be mostly still, but there’d be the occasional twitch here and there. He also has a tendency to put his servos on his hips or cross his arms when he isn’t roaming the room.
