I just heard that a friend of mine, Gretchan, died yesterday. She committed suicide. She was going to turn 18 this year. I don't know the reason yet.

I don't know what was wrong that she took such a drastic step. We weren't really close friends, but we got along well. She was a really sweet girl.

We actually met at the beginning of last year. She came to me and we started talking. I was surprised that she knew my name! She was really nice and we've always smiled at or greeted each other since. The last time I spoke to her was last saturday.

R.I.P Gretchan. You deserved a long and full life. We'll always love you.

To anyone who is even THINKING about doing the same. Please talk to someone or do anything you can to not do it. Message me if you need someone to talk to. Suicide is not the answer. It doesn't make life better. It ends it.
