GOOD KID Since 2010's showstopping Stacker Upper EP sold out in a matter of weeks, 23 year old Lunice Fermin Pierre II has toured the world with his charismatic high energy live shows. But in the studio this guy has shown yet more prowess and scope than any of his beat-making peers. Remixes and collaboration with the likes of Diplo, Deerhunter, Young L, Wacka Flocka Flame, XV and Gucci Mane gave him a serious buzz. One Hunned is the second EP release from Montreal Swag Kingpin Lunice, topping US iTunes Dance charts in 2011. Six tracks showcasing this kids dynamic, spaced-out trap music instrumentals. This release has equal influences of Neptunes and Araabmuzikʼs futuristic Hip Hop glow as the innovations and mutations of UK Underground Dance Music . Then alongside friend & colleague Hudson Mohawke as TNGHT he owned 2012 with Ones to Watch by Rolling Stone (Hot List), New York Times, Time Out, NME & many more end of year lists, including but not limited to: #1 EP on Bleep, #1 EP on Needle Drop, #1 LA Weekly Dance Single of the Year, X2 of Pitchforks 100 songs of the year.
