Let me just get these DreamWorks She-ra related thoughts out

He-man needs to be set on another planet that was colonized by The First Ones. He-man should be something new, there was never a He-man before and there wasn't any legends. The people think he is another villain trying to take over until the last episode.

Grey Skull needs to be the homeworld of The First Ones. Where some more primitive First Ones should exist. Maybe show The First Ones aren't all good.

Skeletor should have a normal looking human form where he hides in the king's court.

He-man should be the result of Skeletor messing with the transfomitive technology of The First Ones. The prince sneaking around and came across the expiriment, maybe got hit with a stray ray while behind a barrel or something, so Skeletor has no clue who He-man is. Maybe have it to where He-man can't turn back into the prince until he gets the sword Skeletor was messing with, meaning no more buff monster bois for Skeletor too.

If there is a crossover with He-man it should involve another race of space fairing people who are more neutral and just want to see what would happen if they traded these 2 heroes.
