Swarnim Wagle ले नेपाललाई सम्पत्ति शुद्धीकरणसम्बन्धी ‘ग्रे लिस्ट’बाट बाहिर निकाल्न सरकारले सबै शक्ति प्रयोग गर्ने बताएका छन्।

बुधवार आयोजित एक कार्यक्रममा बोल्दै अर्थमन्त्री वाग्लेले वर्तमान अवस्था अचानक सिर्जना नभएको उल्लेख गर्दै यसलाई विगत ३० वर्षदेखिको कुशासन, कमजोर नियमन र संस्थागत कमजोरीको परिणाम भएको बताए।

उनले वित्तीय पारदर्शिता, सुशासन र कानुनी कार्यान्वयनलाई बलियो बनाएर अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय विश्वास पुनःस्थापित गर्ने सरकारको लक्ष्य रहेको स्पष्ट पारे। नेपाललाई ‘ग्रे लिस्ट’बाट हटाउन आवश्यक कानुनी सुधार, निगरानी प्रणाली सुदृढीकरण र अन्तरनिकाय समन्वयलाई तीव्र बनाइने उनले बताए।

अर्थमन्त्री वाग्लेले सुशासनबिना आर्थिक विकास सम्भव नहुने उल्लेख गर्दै राज्य संयन्त्रलाई जवाफदेही र पारदर्शी बनाउने अभियान जारी रहने बताए। उनले अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय मापदण्डअनुसार वित्तीय प्रणाली सुधार गर्न सरकार प्रतिबद्ध रहेको पनि दोहोर्याए।

नेपाल हाल वित्तीय निगरानीसम्बन्धी अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय चासोको सूचीमा परेपछि विदेशी लगानी, बैंकिङ कारोबार र अन्तर्राष्ट्रिय आर्थिक छविमा असर पर्ने चिन्ता व्यक्त हुँदै आएको छ। विज्ञहरूले ‘ग्रे लिस्ट’बाट बाहिरिन प्रभावकारी कार्यान्वयन र राजनीतिक प्रतिबद्धता आवश्यक पर्ने बताएका छन्।

repeat requests - you're free to ask for different skins of a character, or different stims, but if somebody has already asked "can I have a stimboard for [A]" don't ask again without adding anything else.

faux blood / gore - we have some alters uncomfortable with this stuff, and those who are fine with it don't front as often as those who aren't.

certain ships - again, an alter thing. an example of this is 1x1x1x1/shedletsky in forsaken; our 1x is frequently near front if it isn't fronting and it really hurts it to see. there are some ships nobody here is comfortable with, and so we will add it to the blacklist when we get it.

this list may update over time, I will say on the intro post when I have!
