this area of greymont is typically the art center, as well as where greymont state university is found, with much of it's buildings now preserved as a part of greymont's walk-through museum on elm street that allows tourists and locals alike to walk through the old buildings and hear from a tour guide what rich history can be found there. at night, this same street offers ghost tours through these same buildings, showcasing greymont's affinity for both history and the arts in one convenient district. additionally, throughout this section of greymont you can find the greymont market, artisans, and street musicians. this area is typically the most northern of all the sections in greymont.
right next to greymont state college are the delta dorms, the school's only offered dorming buildings for its students. delta dorms consists of two large buildings, one for males and one for females, with a decently sized student center in the middle for intermingling. it is important to note that the dorms were originally not meant to be co-ed but this rule changed after 2005.
