I'm so here for Amelia's pregnancy storyline this season! I wasn't jazzed about Amelia and link tiptoeing around what they were so I love that this shakes it up and adds some layers.
But, most importantly... Addison is coming back. Right!? She was one of my top guesses when they announced a past cast member return, but Amelia's pregnancy makes me even more convinced. I miss Addy.
And I'm irrationally invested in her interacting with Mer, seeing them be happy kind adults, maybe even be friendly. And for her to say words about Mer and DeLuca.
I don't even know why I want this okay! I just do.
I think a lot about what Derek would say, and it's a fun thought experiment imagining them in same room. You know, like the famous Grey's awkward elevator we-all-boned-the-same-people scenes. And maybe Addison being back is the closest kind of that awkward. 🤷♀️But I also genuinely think it'd be nice for Amelia to have a friend who saw her through her other pregnancy, cuz this is going to be a lot.
